Well, we've come to the end of another academic year. Shows have come and gone, words have been said and songs have been played.

But just like you, us lot here at GU2 Radio need some time off, so we'll be having a short break, and we'll be back sooner than you think with songs, sings and all things that bling.

Yes that's right, after 6 years of presenting on GU2 I am hanging up my headphones, stepping out from behind the Mic and moving on to pastures new.

But do not think I will be going quietly! Oh NO! Tomorrow night's show will be an extravaganza of fun, filled craziness celebrating the last 6 years of everything GU2 and Dave! This is sad to report, but today will be the final show of the Coffee Shop! We've had such a brilliant time doing the show and we've been fortunate to have some amazing loyal listeners...We love you guys. Today's final show WILL probably be the best show of the year! We've got so much stuffed into our lunchtime slot today, including...a live interview!! Yes that's right, a LIVE INTERVIEW where we will be joined by the Coffee Shop's favourite new artist, Marcel Legane. Only on GU2 today from 12pm. Miss it and you'll miss out!
