All of Dawn’s current ambitions involve time travel, or magic of some description. Until these become achievable, she is quite happy to spend her days listening to weird and wonderful noises, making soup and occasionally leafing through a novel for her course.  It is a regular occurrence to hear her yelp in joy at seeing something fairly mundane, like an elderly gentleman wearing a bow tie, or a special offer on knitting yarn.
